Uniform and upright with long, narrow green petioles, averaging 6-7 inches tall. Dark purple leaves with green, purple-veined undersides. Its sweet, rich flavor is perfect for wok, grill, or salads.

Seedlings are grown in volcanic rockwool cubes 1.5in x 1.5in and are ready for a Tower Garden but can also be planted in any other aeroponic or hydroponic system or soil.
