Compared to salad arugula, Bellezia is slower growing, about half the height, and has tiny yellow flowers at the end of long stems, but worth the little extra time. This variety is heavily sought after by chefs for it's somewhat spicy, but nutty pungent flavor. Harvest the edible flowers as they appear and brighten salads by sprinkling them on top or add to vegetable stir-fries. Can be grown year-round in the Tower Garden.
