This blend of mildly flavored brassicas contains mizuna, cabbage, kale, and kohlrabi. Mostly green with a touch of purple. Micro Greens are great for adding fresh flavor to a variety of foods. Popular among Chefs, micro greens can be used to finish off almost any dish. Use them as a garnish on soups, crackers, in sandwiches or in salads.
- Our seedlings are cared for with love and therefore we only use Organic & Non-GMO seeds and our baby plants are never treated with synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fungicides.

Seedlings are grown in volcanic rockwool cubes 1.5in x 1.5in and are ready for a Tower Garden but can also be planted in any other aeroponic or hydroponic system or soil.

- Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped on that day.
