Rich blue-green cabbage-like leaves. Plants are bolt resistant, hardy with uniform growth, and impressive yields.. Waxy leaf surface provides natural protection from cabbage worms. The 16-23 inch, smooth, broad-leaved plants are very slow to bolt, offering longer harvests. An excellent cutting green with a mild, sweet flavor especially if exposed to a little frost. A super green, high in iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and vitamins A, B, C and E.
- Our seedlings are cared for with love and therefore we only use Organic & Non-GMO seeds and our baby plants are never treated with synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fungicides.

Seedlings are grown in volcanic rockwool cubes 1.5in x 1.5in and are ready for a Tower Garden but can also be planted in any other aeroponic or hydroponic system or soil.

- Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped on that day.
