Wrinkled Crinkled Cress (also commonly called Wrinkled Crinkled Crumpled Cress) is an unusual and delicious cress that is a perfect garnish for soups, salads, sandwiches, and stir-fry. A cross between a broad leaf and a curly cress with more intense flavor. The crisp spoon-shaped, upright leaves with ruffled edges make for easy cutting. Quick growing and slow-to-bolt. Yellow flowers are also edible….great for garnishing. Outside leaves can be harvested continuously starting within a couple of weeks of growth.
